I was super shy, insecure and sensitive growing up. Yet, very curious to understand the deeper meanings of life around me and outside this reality. I thought there was something wrong with me because I didn't fit in anywhere that I wanted to belong. I had psychic and mystical experiences that I couldn't explain or share with anyone and I had innate knowings.

In childhood, I become fascinated by how people used power. I could see lies, facades and the games of power. My first research began in third grade when I borrowed from the library a book by Freud and another on Witchcraft. 

My interests and sensitive gifts weren't shared by my peers. I felt misunderstood, unseen and unsupported. I didn't have anyone to help me understand myself. I believed I was broken, weak, and unworthy. Being sensitive wasn't seen as a positive attribute, being a Starseed wasn't even in the vocabulary, and being psychic wasn't a popular concept...I was labeled weird and too sensitive. 

My self-esteem suffered needlessly for many years because I couldn’t deeply  connect to others like I wanted. I was the emotional support for my family and friends...no one seemed to be there for me. It was my job to take care of the people around me, even the adults.  I took care of everyone so I wouldn't have to feel their pain and thus I became a “good girl”. My value of problem solver became my security and safety believing if I took good care of others they'd take good care of me. 

I became a perfectionist thinking if I was good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, lovable enough everyone would love and like me and I would get what I wanted emotionally and feel safe. Of course I was never perfect, so I either hid or blended in because I was terrified to stand out and speak my truth because it felt like I would be murdered.

In college, I followed my intuition as to what to study. I am not a degree person, I love to learn and grow, applying knowledge and sharing it as a pioneer and teacher. I studied holistic health-nutrition, diet, biochemistry, parapsychology, creativity, astrology, personal fitness, psychology... One of my gifts is being able to see from a variety of perspectives.

After college I studied various bodywork techniques, as well as, continued learning from the blossoming holistic health fields that related to my clients needs and my interest.  I was an early entrepreneur (this term wasn't known then) owning Healing Touch for 17 years in Mystic, Ct. while educating the community around me of the benefits of body work. My clients came from all walks of life, athletes, abused adults, doctor referred, stressed and overwhelmed individuals to a man who hadn't been touched in 20 years. Precious!  

In my 30s I was married with two children, loving extended family, lots of friends, a successful body working business, active in the community...and I still felt unsupported and misunderstood. My beliefs were I had to earn my value and love by working hard and taking care of others. This was not true, this was my conditioning that was keeping me stuck in this reality.

One day in my forties I had my wake-up call with a health issue. I was struck with fear that I would be abandoned if others had to take care of me and I couldn't take care of them. It was so far from the truth because I had many people to love and support me, but I didn't see myself as worthy or unconditionally lovable. My world cracked open so I would seek the truth and love that I knew existed at the core of me. From that moment on I haven't stop seeking to understand humanity, myself and our connection to everything. This began my healing and mission to find the truth and understanding of emotional intelligence and well-being.

My intuition guided me to stop my body work business and become a Life Coach. When I researched it, I loved that I could use all my current knowledge, interests, skills and talents. I studied with The Coaches Training Institute CTI (the Harvard of coaching schools at the time).

I became a Life Coach because it dramatically changed my life. It launched me into healing my own emotional wounds, opening my heart and activated my ascension experience. With support, unconditional love, reflection, structures... I grew to have a better understanding of myself and others as well as the courage to become the  leader I am today. I came to know my own value as a spiritual human and how to honor my sensitivity, wisdom, soul, and creativity. 

Today I call myself an Ascension Guide. As an ascension guide I help Sensitives and Starseeds evolve into their highest serving multidimensional self with as much ease and grace as possible. 

As I experience our quickly changing and evolving world I see the profound value of Sensitives and Starseeds growing rapidly. I want you to know it is NOW SAFE to stand up proudly and even boldly sharing your solutions and creativity that supports the well-being of humanity and the planet. Your superpowers and big heart are needed right now.
